Who will deliver my product and how?
Our products are large can be heavy and difficult to transport. We have our own truck and all products that are less than 4.5m would be delivered in Slab truck. We use third party service for items larger than 4.5m.
After you place your order you will be sent and order confirmation from ourselves. Once your product is ready for delivery we or the delivery company will CONTACT YOU BY PHONE to arrange a suitable delivery date (they will not just land like a 'normal courier').
When you are contacted you can discuss any delivery requirements (time requests and access restrictions etc). The delivery drivers also endeavour to call you the day before delivery to confirm and also give you an approximate time of delivery.
Our delivery provider endeavours to provide a 1-person delivery.
