NICE L-FAB4024 Double Swing Gate Automation Kit

Complete electric gate kit for a pair of residential swing gates up to a maximum of 3m in width per leaf.

Battery Backup Available

Battery backup is available for this motor in the event of a mains power failure. Electric gates make it difficult to access a property if mains power fails. Alternatively, the motor can be turned to manual mode and used until the mains power is reinstated.

Ultimate Choice in Aesthetical Appearance

This underground equipment is designed so the motor is concealed in a load-bearing foundation box beneath the pivot point of hinged swing gates. This provides a clean aesthetic and reduces trapping points above ground level.

Bus Connection for Peripherals

The control panel has BUS terminals for connecting photocells and accessories using an easy 2-wire non-polarised system. This speeds up installation and prevents wiring errors. Can be connected in serial or parallel.

Slow Down on Open and Close

Gate speed can be adjusted as it approaches open and closed positions, improving performance and providing a refined operation.

Manual Release from Outside

Manual release is available from outside the property in the event of a power failure or fault. Particularly useful when the gate is the only access point.

Integrated Open & Close Limits

Adjustable limits allow setting the gate travel without a physical ground stop.

Intensive Use

This motor is designed for intensive use, making it suitable for frequent operation throughout the day, such as shared residential entrances.

Built in Obstacle Detection

Stops and reverses when resistance is detected (person, vehicle, object, or wind). Safety testing is recommended, and additional safety edges can be added.

Our gates can be very well installed behind brick pillars. So if you have strong brick pillars you might not need Aluminium posts.

Aluminium posts are 180mm x 180mm cubes that has to be buried underground. We will add 40cm to length of the post to cater for under the ground burial.

Aluminium posts are supplied in the same colour as the gate with top cover to acheive maximum finish.

Delivery is to any mainland UK address in our own truck. There is a standard cost of £75 inc VAT for bigger deliveries and £30 inc VAT for smaller products like pedestrian gates or small fencing. This will be calulated at checkout. Unlike a normal 'courier' our Delivery Team will contact you by phone to arrange a suitable delivery date.  The day before the delivery where possible the driver will be in touch again to give a better indication on the time of your delivery. 

If in the unlikely event there are any damages or shortages to your delivery, please in the first instance call or email us within 48 hours to report this.  Please also take photos of the delivery if possible. 

Automation kits would be delivered seperate as they come directly from the manufacturers.
